Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Arusha Town to Lake Manyara National Park

You will be expected to arrive at the airport in Arusha, you will then meet our professional driver guide, who will brief you on the safari? You will then travel approximately 125 kilometers for about 2 hours to Lake Manyara National Park, where we will arrive in time for lunch before heading into the park, which is one of the most dramatically located wildlife areas, and the only park in Tanzania where you can see tree-climbing lions, consisting of the huge and shallow soda lake that covers two-thirds of the park and is located at the foothills of the great rift valley’s western escarpments. Check-in your reserved lodge, refresh, lunch will be served, you may partake in an evening canoe ride depending on time.

Day 2: Game Drive and Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area

Enjoy early morning breakfast and a packed lunch that will be enjoyed in the wilderness – check out off the lodge, meet our driver-guide and start your morning game drive, you will set out with your driver-guide very early in the morning in order to catch up with nocturnal animals before they hide, the park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including the world’s largest concentration of elephants, tree-climbing lions, leopards, serval, klipspringer, grey duiker, vervet monkey, olive baboon, blue monkey, Masai giraffe, gazelle, oribi, zebra, buffalo warthogs among others. After your picnic lunch in the wilderness, you will transfer to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area for about 3 hours; you will reach your reserved lodge in the evening check-in, refresh, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 3: Game Drive

After your early morning breakfast and packed lunch, we descend down to the crater for the most wonderful moments of the park, on this remarkable day you will have a chance to see many lions, wildebeests, spotted hyenas, zebras, elands, antelopes, hippos, ostrich, several bird species among others.

As we come out of the crater, we have an en-route game drive back to our lodge where we will go for refreshment and relaxing, dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast check out of your lodge meet your driver guide and depart for Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch in hand. You will enjoy a game drive en route. The Serengeti is famed for its incredible wildlife, stunning views, and the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras. In this frenzied bout of territorial conquests and mating, witness an actual survival of the fittest as these animals plunge through crocodile-infested waters. The wildebeest will give to birth more than 8,000 calves daily before the 800 km pilgrimage begins again.

Day 5: Game Drive

After breakfast, you will set off on a full-day game drive in the wilderness following the Great Migration trails. Our experienced driver tour guide will provide you with interesting facts about this highly renowned event, which makes Tanzania the top safari destination in Africa.

Serengeti, a UNESCO world heritage site is home to around 200,000 zebras, and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle, which join in the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Listen to the exotic sounds of over six million hooves pounding the open plains.
