Detailed Itinerary 6 Days Gorilla Tracking Tour in Uganda
Day 1: Arrival of Your International Flight
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport for your 6 days gorilla trekking tour where you will be met by our guide or driver upon arrival at the Airport who will drive you to your hotel for your overnight stay.
Most international flights coming into Uganda from Europe, Asia, North and South America arrive late in the night which effectively means we wont have any activities lined up for this day with the exception of transfers to your booked hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast you will set off your 6 days Wildlife and Gorilla Trekking Tour that will see you heading to Fort Portal Town en-route to Kibale Forest National Park. You will have a lunch stop over in Fort Portal prior to departing for your booked eco lodge on the peripheral areas Kibale National Park for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and afternoon transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early morning breakfast will be served at the lodge after which you will transfer to Kanyanchu Tourism Center for briefing and the Chimpanzee Trekking experience will start at 8:00am.The chimpanzee trekking experience will take anywhere between 2-5 hours involving hikes through the forested landscape that covers vast forest floors of Kibale National Park.
After your breathtaking encounter with the Kibale Chimps you will return to your booked lodge for lunch after which your guide will drive you to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 4: Morning Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park and transfer to Bwindi National Park
Grab a cup of coffee to warm you up then depart for your morning game drive in search of Lions, Elephants, Leopards and Hippos. You will later return to the lodge for your mid morning breakfast and relax for about two hours prior to setting off for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The drive will see you traverse through Ishasha Plains an area south of Queen Elizabeth National Park. The Ishasha plains are famed for their tree climbing Lions which can only be spotted on a good day as there no definite guarantees of finding the Lions up the trees. But sights of Elephants and Buffaloes are a common feature on the route. You will arrive at Bwindi in the evening right in time for your dinner and overnight stay at your Lodge.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking experience and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Early morning 6 days Gorilla Wildlife and Trekking safari breakfast will be served at the Lodge after which you will transfer to the park headquarters for briefing for allocation of your Gorilla trekking group and meeting the rangers. You will connect to the trail head and enter the forest on foot in pursuit of the Mountain Gorillas. The Gorilla trekking experience takes anywhere between 2-6 hours depending on the location of the Mountain Gorillas on a particular day. You are allotted a time frame of one hour to stay with the Gorillas in their natural habitat and observe their peculiar habits as the young ones play about and the some feeding on leaves.
After your close encounter with the Gorillas you will return to the Lodge and depart for Lake Bunyonyi where you will relax and can opt for some nature walks at the shores of Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 6: Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight
This is the day we say good bye! Early morning breakfast will be served at the lodge after which you will set off for your journey to Entebbe International Airport.
You will have a brief stop over at the equator for a photo opportunity and to purchase souvenirs from the nearby shops.
You guide will drop you off at the Airport and this marks the end of your remarkable 6 day Gorilla Tracking Tour.
