The Lodge offers 8 family cabins, all self-contained with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies with spectacular views of the forest.
Bakiga Lodge has breathtaking views of rugged valley forest of Bwindi, a good place for sunset viewing, natural air and sounds of birds in the forest.
There are 8 cabins all overlooking the remarkable valleys of the park, among the 8 cabins there are 2 triples, 2 doubles and 4 twins, constructed using fine timber and artistry. All rooms are fitted with large beds, toilet and en-suite bathroom with both cold and warm water.
All the cabins have a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a drink after your gorilla trek. There is a spacious restaurant at the reception with a fireplace to relax during the cold nights at the splendid facility. An early morning delicious breakfast is served before going to the jungle to track mountain gorillas.
Bakiga Lodge is a community lodge-all the profit got from the lodge is used by the local community through provision of clean water.
