Uganda Holiday Adventure
OVERVIEW
This 9-Day Uganda Holiday Adventure Safari African Safari package takes you exploring the hidden African gem in small East African country called Uganda. Uganda has been hidden away from tourists for a long time due to poilitical instability in the past. But the past three decades of peace and democracy has seen the country open up its borders to the outside world, displaying unexplored sites, savanna wild and jungles only heard of in stories. On this trip, we take you to some of those beautiful areas untapped for thousands of years waiting for your arrival.
This Uganda Holiday Adventure explores the nearly extinct and heavily protected White Rhinos in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, we also take an unforgettable route from Ziwa to the rumbling Murchison Falls National Park to experience first hand nature’s own display of the wild Nile and its shores, and the famous Africa ‘BIG Five’ animals. To quench your thirst for more wildlife game viewing, the trip continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a boat launch on Kazinga channel and chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge. The peak of this amazing African safari takes you for the most anticipated gorilla tracking experience in the jungles of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and we’ll finish this holiday with a breath taking boat cruise on Lake Bunyonyi.
Remember—this is an all inclusive African Safari package—accommodation, transportation, security, meals, transfers, pack entrance fees and park guides are all taken care of by our tour consultants. All we need is you getting yourself to the starting point, i.e Entebbe International Airport.

Flights & Airlines to Uganda
The main entry point for flights into Uganda is Entebbe International Airport (EBB) located near the town Entebbe, about 46km/29mi from the capital, Kampala. Uganda is a relatively compact country and further transportation within the country is usually done by vehicle. In most cases, your local tour operator will collect you from the airport or hotel and will arrange further transportation as part of your safari-package.
Please check Skyscanner, or for multiple-destination flights check Expedia, to see which airlines can take you to Uganda and what tickets would cost.

Domestic Airlines & Flights in Uganda
Fly Uganda and Aerolink run scheduled domestic flights to most parks. Alternatively, your tour operator can organize charter flights at a very high price. The only destination in Uganda, which is often reached by air, is the very remote Kidepo Valley National Park.
Best Time to Go
The best wildlife viewing months in Uganda are during the Dry seasons from June to August and December to February. Primate walks in the forest are a big part of any safari in Uganda. The habitat of rainforests is, by default, very wet, and one can’t avoid rain completely. However, after heavy rain, the skies often open up to bright sunshine.
- Best Time: June to August and December to February (All parks)
- High Season: June to September (It’s rarely crowded, but you’ll need to book your gorilla permits long in advance)
- Low Season: March, April, May, October, November (Some lodges and camps in high rainfall areas close down; roads and forest trails can be in poor condition)
- Best Weather: June-July and January-February (Little rainfall)
- Worst Weather: March, April and May (Peak of Wet season)
